It has been lovely to welcome the children back to Forest School, and we have certainly been enjoying, what could be, the last few warm, sunny days. Year 5 have worked really well together on some collaborative den building. It's always nice to hear them excitedly discussing their plans and designs as we walk down to the site. We have foraged for blackberries which were put to good use for den decorating, pictures or face painting!!

A group of children devised their own target practice game involving getting a stone into the centre of the cable reel roll. A great activity for taking turns, rule devising and risk assessing as well as improving your aim!
