'Room on the Broom' was the theme at Forest School for the other Reception group this week although of course the huge puddle was very tempting and lots of fun!  Some of the children really got into character and used lots of language from the story in their games.  Some lovely autumn wands were made, and Mrs Ronnie was turned into all kinds of interesting things by the children's spells. 

A hunt around Forest School meant we could find the hidden lilies, pinecones, bones and twigs that the witch in the story needed for her new broom potion.  We also made some of our own magical potions by collecting special ingredients.
