On Friday morning, we held our Harvest Festival Collective Worship for Nursery to Year 4.  We discussed Harvest, the benefit our food donations will have for members of our community and sang a Harvest song we'd learned; however this morning we had props and actions to add.

We collected dried and tinned food as well as toiletry items for Daventry Food Bank.  The response to our appeal was immense, every item will be used to meet the needs of 100+ food bank referrals received each month.

Angela from Daventry Food Bank collected the items on Friday afternoon, she said "they literally filled the car. Thank you so much to everyone who gave, this is really going to help us help those in our community who are really struggling."
