Year 2 have had a very busy week! Amongst rehearsals for next week's crib service, we’ve squeezed in lots of learning!  To follow on from our work on royal portraits last week, the children brought in objects to represent themselves and sketched one another.  We had to consider facial expressions, objects, pose and background, look at the concentration on those faces!

In English, we have been planning our independent writing based on “If I were in charge of the World…” everyone has been working very hard. 

Our D&T unit on mechanisms is drawing to a close and the glitter came out to create our very own moving Christmas cards - coming soon to a home near you!
