In RE Squirrels have been learning about the parable of The Lost Son. We heard the story and then discussed what Christians may learn about God from it. We went on to make hidden meaning boxes with the parts of the story on the outside and the meaning on the inside! Some of the hidden meanings we gathered were "love no matter what", "forgiveness" and "acceptance when people make the wrong choices".

We have also carried on our historical learning about the coastal town of Whitby. We listened to audio clips about historical jobs in Whitby such as shipbuilding and factory work and will learn about more of Whitby's historical industries next week.
