Year 3 have continued to work in small groups to produce the wooden frame structure for their mini greenhouse.  All of the children showed a strong understanding of the health and safety rules for working with junior hacksaws and were able to use the tools safely.  During the time when they were not sawing they worked with their groups to make a cuboid frame out of construction straws and problem solved together how to make their structure stronger.
