Year 1 National Space Centre Trip

This event will take place between 9:00am and 3:30pm on 23/11/2023

Year 1 visit to the National Space Centre

We have arranged a very exciting trip for Rabbit Class to visit the National Space Centre in Leicester! This will enrich our learning on our topic, ‘Moon Zoom’. As part of our visit we will explore the Rocket Tower and all 6 interactive galleries within it and watch the planetarium show about planets.

The trip will take place on Thursday 23rd November and we will be asking for a voluntary contribution of £24.50 to include transport and entry fees. Payment can be made via Parentmail. If you are in receipt of Pupil Premium the cost will be covered.

The children will need to come to school in their normal uniform on the day. They will need to bring a packed lunch and a snack in a small bag that can be stored in lockers for us until lunchtime.

We will be travelling by coach and aim to leave school at 9:05am and return to school at 3.30pm.

We very much hope that your child can join us on this adventure.

Kind regards,

Mrs Williams and Mrs Haywood
