Squirrels have continued to learn about significant people in history this week. We have been learning more about: Vincent van Gogh, Christopher Columbus, Emmeline Pankhurst, Rosa Parks and Mary Anning and Henry VII. It brought up some useful discussions about the head of the Church of England now we have a new monarch! We used diamond ranking to decide who we felt was the most significant person and explain why by considering their impact on the world. The children had some really thoughtful responses!
