This week Reception have investigated seeds, beans and roots and have decided to see if we can grow beans in different mediums, choosing sand, stones and soil as well as a mix! We have observed parts of plants closely and created observational drawings. We have begun to retell the story of 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' and how he changes.

Besides, this we have continued to develop our role play throne room adding a sceptre, the children regularly choose to use the props and recreate the Coronation scene!
