Year 2 continue to be enthusiastic and engaged in our history theme this term. This week we focused on significant explorers Christopher Columbus and Neil Armstrong. We built on previous learning about timelines and chronology to order events from their lives into chronological order. We went on to compare their journeys and reflect on how exploration has changed over time - from transport, the technology available and the impact they left behind on the world. 

In English we have been reading George and the Dragon - the children have written some amazing description and we look forward to building up our stories over the coming weeks.
