Year 3 - A trip to Daventry Museum
Year 3 have had a busy week. They explored the strengths of magnets and experimented with a variety of magnets in their forces topic. The children have also been busy with Maypole dancing and are excited about performing for you next Friday.
The children (and adults) certainly got their steps in on Wednesday with a visit to Daventry Museum. The children had a great time and were a credit to the school! They designed Roman coins, completed an archaeological dig and completed a quiz by exploring a cabinet of Stone Age artefacts! This was a great way to start off our new topic as well as being a great retrieval opportunity for our Roman topic.
