Woodpeckers have enjoyed applying their science understanding in two different forms of learning this week.  In PE, we worked in small groups to choreograph a dance to depict the different states of matter, thinking carefully about the different dynamics and formations we could use to show solids, liquids and gases.  Whilst in our main science lessons we investigated the differences in liquid viscosities by timing how long different liquids and solutions took to flow down an incline.  Who would have thought science could be so cool!
