Woodpeckers have continued to practise and refine their poetry skills, based on our model text, and are almost ready to complete their independent write next week when they will apply everything they have learnt.

In maths we have moved onto the topic of multiplication and division and have looked at the relationship between the 3 times tables and the 6s.

Our science and topic lessons have drawn on our understanding of ‘changes of state’, and we have had great fun turning cream into butter and creating our very own water cycle ecosystems.

Finally, in our HeartSmart lesson we scientifically proved that we are all unique and special, by comparing some simple measurements and observations of our friends.
